The German - American Day celebration is sponsored by the Steuben Day Observance Association of Philadelphia and Vicinty and is held at the various German - American Clubs in the Philadelphia region on a rotating basis.

German - American Day 2012
Please come out and show your German - American spirit as we celebrate the 2012 German - American Day on the beautiful grounds of the Canstatter Volksfest-Verein (9130 Academy Road, Philadelphia, PA) on Sunday, 24 June 2012. Planning for this year's event is underway, so please check this website regularly for updates.
- There is ample free parking in and around the around the grounds of the Cannstatter Volksfest-Verein.
- German and American food and drink will be available for your purchase.
- Music by the Heimatklaenge
- Crowning of next year's Cornflower Queen and Court
Entertainment for the Whole Family
- Members from the Delaware Valley Chapter of the Studebaker
Drivers Club will be present to provide information regarding
the Studebaker Company and their automobiles.

(1963 Studebaker Avanti) - Members of the
Athletic Base Ball Club of Philadelphia will be
present to explain how the game of baseball was played back in
the 1800's, and will have an exhibition Philadelphia Town Ball
game (a precursor to modern day baseball).
- The 2008 Philadelphia Phillies World Series trophy is scheduled to present from 2:00 PM through 3:30 PM.
